AvMA - Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions for Prize Draw

1. The Promoter: The prize draw is being run by Premex Services Limited, trading as Premex+, Premex House, Futura Park, Bolton, BL6 6SX.
2. Eligibility: The prize draw is open to all attendees of the AvMa conference who complete the digital entry form. Employees of the Promoter, their family members, or anyone else connected with the prize draw or its administration are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period: The prize draw will run from 19th March 2025 until 21st March 2025 (inclusive).
4. How to Enter: To enter the prize draw, attendees must scan the QR code and leave their details on the digital data capture form. Entries submitted via business cards or any other method will be deemed ineligible.
5. Prize: One winner will receive a £50 Amazon voucher. No alternative prize will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Entry Period. The draw will take place after the close of the Entry Period.
7. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email and announced on our social media channels no later than 26th March 2025. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
8. Data Protection: Any personal information provided by entrants will be used for the purpose of administering this prize draw and for marketing purposes by the Promoter only. All data usage will be in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without the entrant's consent except where necessary for the administration of the prize draw. 9. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Promoter's Decision: The Promoter's decision regarding all matters relating to the prize draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
